Briefcase Condition:signature REMY MARTIN cloth sides and black leather frame. This briefcase was never used. It is in excellent condition. It was stored in a closet so has a few minor scuffs and dings from being in the closet. There is a tiny tear in the leather above one of the locks/latches. The corners have light wear from having something rub against them. The gold tone feet show a bit of wear on the bottom of them. All-in-all a great piece! The locks were never set and open at 000. Measures approximately 18" x 12 1/2" x 5". It will also expand another 1" or so. Clean and comes from a smoke-free environment. Please take a look at the photos for details and consider them part of the description. Selling in "as found" condition.
Watch: Comes in original case and believe it is unused but the battery went dead.
Pen: Unused condition in original box.
Tie: Same Remy Martin Pattern ( May have been used )

Measurements: 22 3/4" From Pit to Pit - 25 1/4" From top of back to bottom of back.
These have two small working pockets in the front and a cinch strap in the back to adjust for size.
