USPS is a hot mess with this Cornavirus situation, and now withthe government playing with the Post Office it is worse. Although 90% are stillgetting delivered close to on time the other 10% will be slow and maybe veryslow. Shipping and arrival times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. So ifa little patience is not in your DNA then the seller can not be heldresponsible for shipping times of carriers.Ebay tracking is not perfect and sometimes does not upload properly.Going to the shipper site is sometimes a much better option.
