In fact, we go to great lengths to accurately photograph, research and describe the items we sell.

We are very diligent -- with people checking product on the way in and the way out; however, on occasion, minute imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (hence, refunds can only be given in cases of complete misrepresentation).

We take feedback seriously… if you encounter a problem with your Ebay item once it is received, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral comments, and we will work through the problem. We always combine shipping, as we too are buyers (just like you!). We realize that postage prices have gone up substantially, as have the price of high-quality mailing envelopes and packaging materials; our shipping prices reasonably reflect that inflation.
