The 1 1/4" diameter brooch features both emerald cut "rubies" and pave clear "diamond" rhinestones in a rare, elegant buckle design. The 16" necklace features a "cushion cut ruby" with an emerald cut ruby above it. Above the teardrop links there are four (two on each side) faceted rhinestone "rubies." There is a delicate hook and eye enclosure. This piece is not signed, but is a matching piece to the brooch.
